I am so excited to meet you - I know that coming to a new salon for the first time can be nerve wracking. To cut down on any pre consult stress, I’ve created this handy guide for you to read. In it you’ll find everything you need to know - from exactly where I am located, to how you should prepare for your appointment and what to expect the day of. Getting to the studio
Inside the Sola Salon portion of the building, between David St. & N. Solomon St.
Parking
There is a parking lot on the David St. side of the building & off-street parking on Bienville Ave.
How to find me
Finding me can be tricky, I will give direction depending on where you have parked.
If you have parked in the parking lot, you will walk up to the door slightly behind Orangetheory. On the wall you will see a sign that reads Exceptional Dental and Sola Salon. You are in the right place, simply walk through the door and follow the dark grey tile on the floor to the opposite end of the building. Once you get to the end of the you will face double doors that lead out to Bienville Ave, do not go through those doors, there will be doors on the left walk-in make a sharp right I am the first studio on the left side Stitch Hair Studio.
If you parked on Bienville Ave. you will go up the stairs through the double glass doors, make the right and go through another set of glass doors, I am the first studio on the left side, Stitch Hair Studio.
Once you Arrive
I usually like to greet you as soon as you walk in, however if for some reason I cannot please make yourself at home and have a seat on the bench or triangle chair. If you need to use the restroom you will find it by walking down the right side of the area and the restroom is on the left-hand side towards the end of the hall. The light will automatically turn on when you walk in.
What to expect
I'm super excited for your initial visit! We’ll start with a thorough consultation to really dive into what you need and want. Then, this will allow me to give you a quote for the services we discussed are right for your individual lifestyle. We, will then book your service appointment, if time doesn't allow for it following your initial consultation. I can't wait to start working with you.

Because the suite is limited capacity there is only room for clients receiving services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To provide the best possible scheduling options to all guest 48 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment will result in a No-Show and remove you from the ability to freely schedule appointments directly online.
Late Arrivals
Services for clients running late will be adapted if necessary to fit the remaining appointment time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rescheduled & Cancellation fee will apply.
Adjustments
I strive to offer my guest the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or extensions, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct any reasonable issue at no additional charge. Any challenge after 7 days will result in normal service charge.
Final Sale
All hair extensions, toppers, and wigs purchased are nonrefundable and cannot be returned because they are customized specifically for you. I am happy to make reasonable adjustments to the hair or wig if any challenges come about, within 7 days of install.
